Theodore ”Ted” Porter, Jr, 76, of Elm, NJ entered into Gods care Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Atlantic City Medical Center Mainland Div. of Pomona.
Born in Braddock, PA. he resided in Alaska for many years prior to moving to New Jersey. Ted is an United States veteran serving in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was employed by State of Alaska as an Electric Engineer prior to his retirement. Ted enjoyed fishing in the many rivers of Alaska.
Predeceased by his parents, Theodore and Rose Porter Sr., he is survived by his wife of 17 years, Rita (Angelini) Santora-Porter; a son, Todd Porter of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Teddi Porter of Pittsburgh, PA and numerous grandchildren. Ted will by missed by all that knew him.
Private funeral services are under the direction of Blackwell Memorial Home.
