Ann Demski

Ann Demski peacefully entered into God's care on December 30, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. A woman of deep faith, grace, and quiet strength, Ann devoted her life to her family, her home, and all those fortunate enough to share her table.

Born in Lambertville, New Jersey, Ann spent her childhood and early adult years in the close-knit river town where her enduring values of hard work, hospitality, generosity, and loyalty first took root. She later made her home in Trenton for 50 years following her marriage to her beloved husband, Raymond B. Demski, Esquire, a prominent attorney with whom she worked side-by-side in the legal profession for 35 years. Together they formed not only a devoted marriage but a true partnership, marked by shared purpose, mutual respect, and unwavering support.

In later years Ann resided in Pennington and then Lawrenceville, where she treasured being near her children and took great comfort in the closeness of family and friends. She was the consummate homemaker and hostess, finding her greatest joy in opening her home and heart to others. Nothing pleased her more than preparing delicious homemade baked goods and Italian and speciality meals, lovingly cooked from scratch and served around a welcoming table where conversation, kindness, and togetherness were always on the menu. Family and friends will forever remember the warmth of her kitchen, the care she poured into every baked confection and every savory dish, and the way she made each guest feel special, seen, and at home.

Ann's creativity extended beyond her cooking into her love of crafts. She possessed a special talent for making beautiful wreaths, bows, and homemade crafts, each one thoughtfully designed and given as a gift of her time, care, and affection. These handcrafted treasures will remain cherished reminders of her generous spirit and artistic touch.

The daughter of the late Francesco and Mary Zambella, Ann is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Demski; her sisters Helen Nivens, Marie Mutilva, Angelina Phillips, and her brother, Dominic Zambello. She is survived by her brother, Francis Zambella and by her loving children, Raymond Demski Jr., Bernadette Gur, and Edward Demski, who will carry forward her example of kindness, loyalty, and devotion to family. She also leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Emily Gur and Maximilian Demski, who brought her immense pride and joy and who will forever remember her gentle presence and her steadfast love.

In keeping with Ann's wishes, services and burial will be private and held at the convenience of her family. The family finds comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her beloved Raymond and that her legacy of love, hospitality, and faith will live on in the hearts and homes of all who knew her.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blackwell Memorial Home, Pennington, New Jersey.
