Constance Smith

Constance Smith of Pennington passed July 27th at Saint Francis Medical Center Trenton, daughter of Clarence and Christiana Price. Born in Mt. Holly, she had been a resident of Pennington for close to 60 years. She was married to H. Arthur Smith III. who predeceased her in 2014. She attended St. Mary’s Hall (Doane Academy) in Burlington, NJ, Class of 1955. She served as a home health aide with Mercer Street Friends for over 25 years. She spent her free time crocheting for family and friends and spending time with her family and enjoyed summers in Maine. She is survived by her three daughters; Gail (Scott) Hall of Doylestown, PA, Joan (Paul) Sanders of Beverly, NJ and Beth (William) Asper-Leonard of Brunswick, ME and six grandchildren; Justin (Marisa) Hall, Brian (Taylor) Hall, Kevin and Christiana Sanders, Brittny (Alex) Sciacca and Jessica Asper and three great grandchildren; Alexander Keller, Madison Hall and Frankie Sciacca. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 25th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mathew’s Episcopal Church, 300 S Main St, Pennington, NJ 08534. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Doane Academy of Burlington, NJ and St. Mathew’s Episcopal Church of Pennington, NJ.
