Mary Lou has a beautiful voice, singing in the St. James Choir for many years starting at the age of 10. She was the school dance band vocalist her senior year, selected by her school mates by auditioning behind a curtain. Mary Lou was in a band called the Star Dusters that performed at local dances and a member of the Mercer County Chorus under the direction of Bud Mulder as well as their select ensemble with her sister Margaret. Painting with watercolors and oils earned Mary Lou a scholarship to Villa Victoria Academy and it was a hobby she enjoyed for many years. Mary Lou enjoyed traveling through all of the 50 United States, Europe, and going to Disney World in FL as much as possible. In her later years, she enjoyed quilting, making over 20 quilts for family and friends.

Mary Lou's sense of humor, zest for life, and caring nature will be sorely missed. All services will be held privately for the family.
