Peggy Ann (O’Neill) Kiernan, 60, passed away on Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Born and raised in Hightstown NJ, she resided in Robbinsville for the past 20 years.
She is survived by her loving husband Jay Kiernan, her son Jimmy O'Neill and his wife Crista, and granddaughters Ciara and Cailynn, the joys of her life.
She was predeceased by her father Eugene, and brother Michael O'Neill. She is survived by her mother, Betty O'Neill, her sister Bethany and husband Mark Murranko, her sister in law, Jane O’Neill, her in-laws Jack and Patricia Kiernan, Kevin and Michele Kiernan, Joann and Jeff Jones, Kelly and Rob Colton, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graduate of Hightstown High School class of '77, Peggy was employed by the State of New Jersey Division of the State Police as a civilian employee.
Most of all, Peggy was devoted to her family, an avid reader, and loved the beach.
A Mass in her honor will be celebrated at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, October 3rd at 11am. All are invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Rutgers Cancer Institute Patient Assistance Fund.
