Susan Driber Veth
December 25, 1961 - October 1, 2025
Susan Driber Veth, 63, of Stockton, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025. Born on December 25, 1961, in Trenton, Susan lived a full and vibrant life defined by her courage, creativity, and love for family and friends.
For several years, Susan worked at Trenton Printing, a family business owned at the time by her uncle, Robert Driber. Her dedication and attention to detail reflected not only her strong work ethic but also her pride in contributing to something meaningful within her family's legacy.
An excellent cook, Susan delighted in experimenting with new recipes, often inspired by the vintage cookbooks she so enjoyed collecting. She could often be found perusing thrift stores and flea markets - a passion inherited from her father, Louis, and shared by many in her family. Fearless in spirit, Susan was never afraid to try something new, whether mastering fresh homemade pasta or taking her Porsche for a spin on a professional racetrack.
Susan cherished the time she spent with her book club friends and trivia teammates and rarely missed a daily episode of Jeopardy! with her friend Chopper. She found joy and companionship with her sweet rescue dog, Ranger, whose presence brought her much comfort and happiness.
Susan was predeceased by her husband, James Veth; her parents, Louis P. and Ethel Driber; her sister, Deborah A. Driber; her brother, Louis Driber; and her stepmother, Eleanor Driber. She is survived by her nephew, Thomas Lukowicz of Jersey City, NJ; nephew, Tyler Veth of Rosemont, NJ; her niece, Shannon Driber of Browns Mills, NJ; her stepsister, Judy Leonardo of Yardley, PA; and many other loving friends and extended family members.
Susan will be remembered for her kindness, her adventurous nature, and the laughter she brought to those around her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Friday, 10 October 2025, from 10 to 12pm at Blackwell Memorial Home at 21 North Main Street, Pennington, NJ - 609.737.2900. Burial will commence at Union Cemetery on Boss Road in Ringoes, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan's name to The Marfan Foundation - https://marfan.org/donate. The Marfan Foundation, 22 Manhasset Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to all who supported Susan throughout her illness and to the friends who brought her comfort, laughter, and companionship until the end.
